It uses state-of-the-art technologies, be it spray drying for the production of protein powder and protein isolates or roller drying for the production of lactose powder.
Last but not least, state-of-the-art technologies in the production of butter and special butters, fresh products and cheeses, as well as in milk fat fractionation are being used.
