An amazing opportunity to buy a complete state of the art mozzarella production line from Bayerische Milchindustrie’s former production location in Ebermannstadt (Germany), in the upper Franconian district of Forchheim which is about 50km away from Nuremburg, in the state of Bavaria. Since 1965, the factory in Ebermannstadt produced tons of cheese on an plant area of more than 22.000 m². Famous for the production of soft cheese and semi-hard cheese, which was sold in various countries throughout Europe. One of the highlights of this unique sale is the state of the art mozzarella production line.
For strategic reasons, BMI’s board decided to shut down the production in Ebermannstadt, Germany.

This second hand state of the art mozzarella production line was producing for one of the market leaders of German supermarkets! The mozzarella production line consists of:
- Dima Mozzarella line (2019) > making, cooking, salting, forming
- A+F Packaging line (2022) > foil packaging, transporting, checking, box packaging, filling, palletizing
The complete line is controlled by Siemens Simatic HMI control panels.
